At Nature Hills Nursery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your items are not a perfect fit, you can return unworn apparel with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed, unworn items into the original eco-friendly packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
